Landmark Productions provides a wide range of consultancy services – including organisational reviews, strategic planning and company development – to production companies and arts organisations. In recent years, clients have included Fabulous Beast Dance Theatre, the Cork Midsummer Festival and Theatre Forum.

General Management

Landmark offers general management for both commercial and subsidised productions, with particular expertise in casting, budgeting and contracts. In addition, the company has vast experience in international touring, and an ability to take a production or tour from initial concept to final delivery – on time, and within budget.
