Once, the multi-award-winning Irish musical drama, is full of glorious music and authentic Irish charm. With songs including the Oscar-winning Falling Slowly, this funny, moving and life-affirming love story has captured hearts around the world.

Based on the movie sensation of the same name, filmed and set in Dublin, the show tells the life-changing love story of ‘Guy’ and ‘Girl’, two musicians – he’s Irish, she’s Czech – who meet by chance on a Dublin street and create something wonderful together. Once features music and lyrics by Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová and a Tony award-winning book by Enda Walsh.

Winner of eight Tony Awards - including Best Musical - two Olivier Awards and a Grammy Award for Best Musical Theatre Album, the show features all of the magical songs from the original film, including the Oscar-winning Falling Slowly.

The cast of actor-musicians play 30 instruments between them during each performance, including guitar, cajon, melodica, harmonica, piano, violin, castanets, bass guitar, ukulele, mandolin, banjo, tambourine, drums, accordion and cello.
